This is a rare example of a 1940, Ford RO1T. The model was left hand drive of American design with some British mechanics, assembled in the UK. They were destined for Eastern Europe but the activities of the Germans on mainland Europe stopped that. This particular vehicle was to be a prison van. It is mechanically reliable but is in a visually distressed state.
