Description

This 1926 Clyno is also a well used and much enjoyed car – as the mud indicates. Whilst the name is unknown to many now, in its day Clyno was a very successful motorcycle and car manufacturer that operated in the UK Midlands from 1910 to 1929.During this time it became the third largest car manufacturer behind Austin and Morris. Sadly, however, it lost the price war with Morris as it was unable to offer both the value and performance that Morris could. Sadly, by 1929 the liquidators had been called in and manufacturing ceased.
